The Rochester Driveway Job
This is a long gravel driveway in Rochester. Grass and weeds had grown up through the old rock, and the surface had potholes and low spots. Here is what we did.
Vegetation Removal
We cleared out the grass and vegetation that had grown through the existing rock.
Tilling and Pothole Repair
We tilled and broke up the old driveway surface, cut out the potholes and leveled the low spots.
New Crushed Rock
We brought in 5/8-inch minus crushed rock, spread it and graded it with a crown so the driveway sheds water and packs down firm.

If brush and limbs are crowding the edges, we can mulch those back with our forestry mulcher on the same visit.
